On August 16, 2025, the unveiling ceremony of the "China Foundry Association Expert Service Station - Liyang Xinli Station" was grandly held in Zhuze Town, Liyang City. This is the first expert service station established by the China Foundry Association in the Yangtze River Delta region focusing on construction machinery castings, marking the in-depth practice of the "production, learning, research, and application" collaborative innovation model in the Yangtze River Delta foundry field.

Ma Hongru, Chief Economist of the China Foundry Association, Wang Zehua, member of the Expert Committee of the China Foundry Association and professor of Hohai University, Zhu Wanliu, Secretary-General of the Changzhou Foundry Association, Gao Jie, Secretary of the Zhuze Town Party Committee of Liyang City, Zhu Wei, Mayor of Zhuze Town, Chen Xinhua, Chairman of Liyang Xinli Machinery Foundry Co., Ltd., Wu Qihong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Industrial Cluster Working Committee of the China Foundry Association, and representatives from the Zhuze Town Government and enterprises attended the event. The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Li Huazhong, Director of the Consulting Service Center of the China Foundry Association.

Chairman Chen Xinhua stated in his welcome speech that as the chairman unit of the Liyang Foundry Association, Xinli Machinery has been deeply involved in the field of construction machinery castings for more than 20 years and has significant technical advantages in casting products such as construction machinery, hydraulic components, and high-end agricultural machinery. The establishment of this expert service station will provide strong support for the company to break through key technology bottlenecks such as thin-walled complex part forming and help the company develop in the direction of "specialization, refinement, specialization, and innovation."

Chief Economist Ma Hongru pointed out that Xinli Machinery, as an excellent member unit of the China Foundry Association, has an important influence in the foundry industry. The "Liyang Xinli Station" will focus on the three major functions of "technology tackling, achievement transformation, and talent cultivation", and promote process innovation and intelligent transformation of construction machinery castings through the "customized on-site service + cross-regional technical collaboration" model.

Secretary Gao Jie emphasized that Zhuze Town, as the "National Torch Liyang Green Foundry Characteristic Industrial Base", is fully committed to building a green and intelligent foundry industry cluster. The establishment of the expert service station is an important measure to implement Liyang's "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" strategy. The town government will provide full support to promote the service station as a new engine for regional industrial upgrading.

Under the joint witness of the attending guests, Chief Economist Ma Hongru and Chairman Chen Xinhua unveiled the "China Foundry Association Expert Service Station - Liyang Xinli Station".

Subsequently, the participating experts conducted an on-site inspection of Xinli Machinery's intelligent production workshop and held a special seminar on issues such as quality control of castings for construction machinery and high-end agricultural machinery, and digital process optimization.
