Summary of technical requirements for machining of mechanical parts

1, parts processing surface, there should be no scratches, abrasions and other defects that damage the surface of the parts.
2、Defects such as black skin, bump, messy buckle and burr are not allowed on the machined thread surface.
All the surfaces of steel parts to be painted must have rust, oxidised skin, grease, dust, mud, salt and dirt removed before painting.
3、Before removing rust, use organic solvent, alkali, emulsifier, steam, etc. to remove grease and dirt on the surface of steel parts. 4、The time interval between the surface to be painted by shot blasting or manual descaling and the application of primer shall not be more than 6h.
5. The surfaces of joints in contact with each other must be coated with anti-rust paint with a thickness of 30~40um before connection. Lap edges should be closed with paint, putty or adhesive. The primer damaged due to processing or welding is to be repainted.
